Jane offers 75 minute off-the-mat sessions for women over the telephone, in the yoga studio, or in the privacy of her home. For students new and old, these sessions are designed to hold open a space where we can work to deepen the mind-body connection, address issues that come up through and about the yoga practice, and further relationship to feminine spiritual practice.
