An Integrative Approach to Self-Healing

In our 1:1 work together, my aim is apply the empathetic lens of depth psychology, somatic intervention and yogic wisdom in order to free up new pathways of perception and possibility as you find your way back- again and again- to a sense of wholeness and sovereignty.

The practice we engage (sometimes verbal, sometimes somatic) is wonderful for:

  • people who are tired of traditional talk therapy:  maybe you are starting to suspect that movement, breath, pelvic floor work & the body itself might want to be included in the conversation….
  • nature lovers: you want more feeling/less thinking and you find popular, mechanical exercise classes mind-numbing and kind of sad.
  • trauma healing: there is a bodily texture (personal, familial, generational, cultural) that you are ready to drop.
  • therapeutics: you are curious about why this particular symptom or place in your body is taking up so much of your attention.
  • men in particular:  you are anxious, depressed, lonely, tight, addicted…or just plain tired of running.
  • women in particular: you are rolling through pregnancy, post partum, menopause, motherhood, aging. You just want to feel good and laugh more.
